Cancellation policy

At CleanPro Supplies, we strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following cancellation terms before placing your order.

One-Time Purchases

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed, picked, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer require the product after receiving it, please refer to our Returns Policy for eligibility and return instructions.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are items that are not currently in stock and are offered for purchase before they become available.

  • Payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated.
  • Estimated arrival and shipping dates are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change due to manufacturer production schedules, shipping delays, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Customers may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the order has been processed for shipment.
  • Once a pre-order item has arrived, been allocated to an order, or has entered the shipping process, the order can no longer be cancelled.
  • If a manufacturer discontinues a product or we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, a full refund will be issued.
  • CleanPro Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, freight carriers, customs agencies, or other third parties.

Special-Order & Custom Products

Certain products may be special-order, non-stock, custom-made, personalized, or sourced specifically for a customer.

  • Special-order products may not be cancelled once the order has been placed with the manufacturer or supplier.
  • Custom printed, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun.
  • Any deposits paid on custom or special-order items may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Contract-Based Programs

Certain products or customer-specific pricing arrangements may be subject to separate written agreements or contracts.

Where a signed agreement exists, the terms of that agreement will govern cancellation rights and obligations.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible; however, once an order has been processed for fulfillment or shipment, cancellation may no longer be available.
