What is your turnaround time?
Standard: 2–5 business days after parts approval. Priority same/next-day options available for an added fee.
Do you offer pickup & return?
Yes—local pickup/return can be arranged. Fees depend on distance, machine size, and urgency.
Which brands do you service?
Most major commercial brands including Tennant, Nilfisk/Advance, NaceCare, Dustbane, Kärcher, IPC, Windsor, ProTeam, Sanitaire, Nobles, Clarke, Tornado, ICE, Viper, NSS, and more.
Do you handle warranty claims?
We’ll help verify eligibility, source parts, and process claims for supported brands. Proof of purchase and serial number required.

Policies

  • Diagnostic fee is payable at drop-off; credited toward approved repairs.
  • Estimates provided for approval before repair. Parts may require prepayment.
  • Workmanship warranty: 30 days on labor. Manufacturer warranty per part/brand.
  • Not responsible for loss/damage due to pre-existing conditions or improper use.
  • Please drain tanks and remove chemicals before drop-off to avoid spill fees.
